Cape Town is set to become the centre of Africa’s fashion and textile industry next week as AllFashion Sourcing Cape Town 2026 returns to the Cape Town International Convention Centre (CTICC 2) from 14 to 16 July.
Hosted by Messe Frankfurt South Africa in partnership with Texpertise and the City of Cape Town, and proudly supported by Nedbank, the three-day event will bring together the industry’s biggest names for three days of innovation, networking and business opportunities.
Bringing together designers, manufacturers, retailers, buyers and entrepreneurs from across South Africa and beyond, the three-day event has established itself as one of the continent’s leading fashion trade shows. Whether you’re looking to discover emerging talent, source innovative products or gain insight into the trends shaping tomorrow’s fashion landscape, this year’s edition promises plenty to explore.

As part of the global Texpertise Network, AllFashion Sourcing connects African fashion with international sourcing opportunities while championing local manufacturing, sustainability and industry growth.
Visitors can browse exhibitors spanning the entire fashion and textile supply chain, from fabrics, apparel and accessories to leather goods, manufacturing technologies, logistics solutions and sustainable innovations. It’s a unique opportunity to connect directly with suppliers, manufacturers and industry leaders under one roof.
One of the event’s standout features is the Business Matchmaking Programme, designed to facilitate pre-arranged meetings between buyers, retailers, manufacturers and suppliers, creating valuable networking opportunities and meaningful commercial partnerships.

What to Expect
Beyond the exhibition floor, visitors can look forward to an expanded programme of talks, live showcases and industry discussions.
A major highlight is WGSN’s Fashion Aesthetic Drivers 2028 presentation, offering an exclusive first look at the colours, consumer behaviours, materials and design influences expected to shape global fashion in the years ahead.
Other sessions will explore sustainability, the future of South Africa’s clothing and textile industry, digital commerce, innovation through collaboration and business growth, including opportunities through the Nedbank Accelerate Programme.
Fashion lovers can also enjoy a vibrant programme of live events throughout the three days, including fashion shows, product innovation showcases, networking sessions and the finals of the Young Designer Competition, where tomorrow’s creative talent takes centre stage.

A Celebration of South African Fashion
As host city partner, the City of Cape Town continues to champion the growth of the local creative economy and manufacturing sector, recognising the vital role fashion plays in driving innovation, investment and employment.
Whether you’re an established industry professional, an emerging designer or passionate about fashion, AllFashion Sourcing offers a valuable opportunity to discover new ideas, build connections and experience the future of African fashion.
