Good + Simple is a brand-new book by award-winning cooking show host Sarah Graham. Building on the success of her previous books, this new offering celebrates an abundance of vegetables and whole foods in the accessible style for which she is known and loved.


Good + Simple results from learning how to live, cook and eat through a global pandemic. For cooking show host Sarah Graham, this meant adapting to new routines and learning to be more flexible in her own cooking and eating. Through this process, she reworked many of her family favourites to be as fast and easy as possible and to take up minimal time and energy.

The book is a beautiful collection of wholesome recipes for the whole family. Each dish is specifically designed to be easily achieved with simple ingredients, and the dishes cover a variety of dietary preferences and needs. Sarah Graham grew up in Zimbabwe and is now based in Johannesburg. She started her food blog ( in 2010, and it quickly gained popularity both locally and abroad. She is now a SAFTA award-winning cooking show host, and her TV series Sarah Graham’s Food Safari has aired in South Africa and over 40 other countries worldwide. Sarah is passionate about cooking and believes anyone can create wholesome, delicious meals.
