TWO IN A BUSH is the brainchild of two proudly South African friends that stopped beating around the bush and crafted a delicious range of rooibos cordials. Perfect to enjoy in summer and year round, here are some refreshing cocktails to seep into this season.
Buchu Breeze
Serves 1
Ingredients
- 30 ml Whiskey
- 30 ml Two in a Bush Rooibos Cordial Berry & Buchu infused
- 30 ml Apple Juice
- 30 ml Lemon Juice
- Sparkling Water
Method
Add whiskey, cordial, apple & lemon juice to a shaker
Shake well and strain into a glass with ice
Top with sparkling water
Garnish with blueberries and pelargonium sprigs
Festive Pimm’s No1
Serves 1
Ingredients
- 60ml Pimm’s No 1
- 30ml Two in a Bush Rooibos Cordial Citrus Infused
- 60ml Fresh Naartjie Juice
- Cucumber ribbons
Method
Squeeze half
Add the Pimm’s, cordial, naartjie juice and ice into a glass
Top up with sparkling water and garnish with cucumber ribbons and citrus slices
