Let’s be honest, it’s all about the marinade. A marinade can elevate your Braai Day meal by leaps and bounds and we have a stellar marinade recipe that will do just that.
INGREDIENTS:
25ml Soya Sauce
20ml Canola Oil
25ml Lemon Juice
20ml Worcestershire Sauce
5ml Garlic Powder
5ml Onion Powder
10ml Whole Coriander Seeds
5ml Smoked Paprika
30ml (or more) Banhoek Chilli Oil
INSTRUCTIONS:
Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Place preferred steak or chicken cuts in the marinade and leave overnight ideally, or on the day, for at least 3 hours. This marinade can also be used as a basting.
