Saturdays and Sundays just found their sparkle. This summer, The Pot Luck Club at The Peech Hotel introduces its new Weekend Jazz Lunch with Bottomless Bubbles — a long, lazy afternoon affair that’s all about good food, great company, and endless effervescence.
Launching 4 October 2025, this indulgent new weekend ritual combines live jazz, bottomless bubbles, and a show-stopping menu by Head Chef Ebie du Toit. Between 12:30 pm and 4 pm, guests can sip their way through unlimited Graham Beck Brut and Rosé, or mix things up at the Mimosa and Bellini Station, complete with freshly squeezed juices — including the signature Peech Bellini.






As the band sets the mood with smooth jazz from 1 pm to 3 pm, the kitchen delivers a line-up of seasonal dishes that are every bit as memorable. Standouts include the fiery peri peri chicken with ajo blanco, kale and pepper salad, and braai vinaigrette; and the smoked beef fillet with black pepper and truffle café au lait. Dessert is a must — especially the peanut butter bomb with banana mousse, honeycomb crunch and Frangelico sabayon. Vegetarian and pescatarian options are also available.
Priced at R395 per person, the bottomless bubbles, Mimosas and Bellinis flow freely throughout lunch (last pour at 4 pm). With its upbeat jazz energy, sparkling glasses, and luxurious setting, this is set to be Johannesburg’s most irresistible new weekend tradition.
