TUDOR’s iconic expedition watch returns, bringing polar heritage and modern Swiss precision to the wrist.
Born in the frozen wilderness of North Greenland, the TUDOR Northflag has adventure in its DNA. In the 1950s, TUDOR watches accompanied the British North Greenland Expedition through two years of extreme Arctic conditions, earning a reputation for serious resilience along the way.
Now, the Northflag returns for a new generation.

Inspired by the 1973 Ranger II and the original 2015 Northflag, the latest 40mm model combines rugged functionality with a distinctly refined edge. Its 316L stainless-steel case, black dial, luminous ceramic hour markers and integrated two-link bracelet create a clean, contemporary silhouette, while the 24-hour hand and graduated rehaut pay tribute to its polar origins.
Inside, TUDOR’s Manufacture Calibre MT5652-U delivers hours, minutes, seconds, date and GMT functionality, alongside a 65-hour power reserve. COSC and METAS Master Chronometer certified, the movement is resistant to magnetic fields up to 15,000 gauss and the watch is water-resistant to 100 metres.

The details are just as considered. TUDOR’s T-fit clasp offers five positions and up to 8mm of tool-free adjustment, while the open case back reveals the finely finished Manufacture movement. The watch is backed by a five-year transferable guarantee, with no registration or mandatory maintenance checks required.
