Century City is fast becoming one of the trendiest spots for discerning diners with a flurry of restaurants located in the area. Gusto, an Italian inspired gem is the latest restaurant to open in the popular precinct.
Officially open for business from 11 February, the urban Italian spot has already garnered much attention on social media with bookings streaming in daily.
With a perfectly crafted, modern Italian menu, Gusto’s unique flavour is in its decor, a slick and inviting mix of industrial and urban, bespoke copper fittings and bursts of brilliant peacock blue and bottle green.
The Gusto menu boasts a host of tantalising signature dishes and seductive cocktails. Choose from mouth-watering options like Porcini mushroom ravioli with burnt butter and sage or 1.2kg Fiorentino T Bone to share. All of the pizzas are proofed for 48hrs and bronzed to perfection, resoundingly crisp with a rapturous combination of flavours, ready to be shared with friends and family.
Gusto on the Go is the Restaurant’s take away and deli solution serving a variety of breakfast and lunch offerings from fresh pastries to pizza slices.
The must-visit new restaurant boasts a distinctly urban feel, drawing inspiration from the cool buzz and exciting pulse of a bustling city. With floor to ceiling windows, Gusto is a new, contemporary, urban dining experience that can be enjoyed in true Italian style al fresco dining on the piazza or looking out on the beautiful canals and Ratanga Park.
