Once reserved for sports bottles and post-workout recovery, electrolytes are finding a new place in everyday wellness and even in the kitchen.

From a tropical smoothie bowl to a creamy berry breakfast mousse, these recipes show how functional nutrition can be both simple and enjoyable, without compromising on flavour or experience.
Peach and Mango Electrolyte Smoothie Bowl
A vibrant tropical breakfast with a functional hydration boost.
Makes 2 large bowls
Ingredients
Smoothie base
1 sachet REVIVE Peach Electrolytes
1/4 cup water
1 1/2 cups full-fat Greek yogurt
1 1/2 cups frozen peach slices
2 cups frozen mango chunks
Fresh lime juice, to taste (about 1 to 2 teaspoons)
Toppings
Fresh peach slices
Fresh mango, chopped
Toasted coconut flakes or toasted almonds
Additional nuts or seeds of choice
Method
Combine REVIVE Peach Electrolytes with water and stir until fully dissolved.
Add Greek yogurt, frozen peach and mango to a high-speed blender.
Pour in the electrolyte mixture and add lime juice.
Blend until smooth, thick and creamy.
Divide into two bowls.
Top with fresh fruit, toasted coconut or almonds and additional nuts or seeds.
Serve immediately.

Blackcurrant and Blueberry Electrolyte Breakfast Mousse
A creamy, high-protein breakfast with a berry-forward twist.
Serves 2 to 3
Ingredients
2 1/2 cups smooth cottage cheese
1 sachet REVIVE Blackcurrant Electrolytes
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa powder
To serve
Fresh blueberries
Cocoa nibs
Method
Add cottage cheese, REVIVE Blackcurrant Electrolytes, blueberries, milk, vanilla extract and cocoa powder to a high-speed blender.
Blend until completely smooth.
Pass through a fine sieve for an extra silky texture.
Spoon into serving glasses.
Top with fresh blueberries and cocoa nibs.
Serve immediately or chill for 15 to 30 minutes for a firmer texture.
