Chia Pudding recipe

Recipe: Chia Pudding, chocolate, berries & pineapple

In celebration of Faithful to Nature’s new sustainable range and packaging, Chef Jason Tomlinson has whipped up a delicious chia pudding recipe.

Ingredients: Serves 4

Chia pudding
3-4 tbsp chia seeds
250ml milk of your choice
20g maple syrup or honey
10ml olive oil
5ml vanilla extract 

Chia Pudding recipe

Chocolate ganache
200g dark chocolate
100g cream

Extras
Dried pineapple
Mixed berries

For the chia pudding, mix all the ingredients together until well combined.
For the chocolate ganache, heat up the cream and pour it over chopped chocolate, mix and combine, and let it set in the fridge until cool.
Layer the chia pudding, chocolate ganache and dried pineapple and fresh berries.
Allow it to set. It takes approximately one hour. Enjoy!
