Hublot recently released its first novelty watches for the year at the third edition of LVMH Watch Week. This year’s collections were all about dynamic innovation for the Maison — here are some of our favourites.
BIG BANG ONE CLICK 33s
The Big Bang One Click 33s collection includes twelve silky interchangeable bracelets cut from ‘soft touch’ leather. The pieces are available in King Gold or steel, and the cases feature black or white polished dials around which the precious hours are arranged. The collection is particularly notable for its sophisticated aesthetic — the style reflects fine jewellery and jewellery craftsmanship, and the timepieces break free from convention in a unique and striking way.
BIG BANG UNICO GOLF
The world’s first mechanical golf watch with aperture display is back. The watch was first launched in 2017 in partnership with golfer Dustin Johnson and was designed to show golfers which hole they were on, how many shots they had taken on that hole, and their cumulative score for the round. The new edition comes in a zesty shade of orange in a beautiful, lightweight carbon.
BIG BANG SANG BLEU II
Hublot has partnered with Swiss tattoo artist Maxime Plescia-Buch again to bring us three new Big Bang Bleu II iterations. The pieces feature two highly scratch-resistant materials: Magic Gold and ceramic. Each of the watches is limited edition and features alternating and superimposed hexagons, rhombuses and triangles in perfect visual harmony.
