Affectionately known as “The Nellie,” Mount Nelson has been a symbol of timeless grace for over 125 years. First painted pink in 1918 to mark the end of the First World War, its rosy façade has since become a signature of Cape Town’s skyline. Nestled beneath Table Mountain and surrounded by soaring palms, the hotel is an enduring emblem of the city’s character and charm.
