The Good Life Show – four shows under one roof; The Plant Powered Show, Natural & Organic Show, Free-From Show and Sustainex. One ticket = four shows.
With just one day away, we are thrilled to be in the final countdown to the The Good Life Show, Cape Town, which takes place at the Cape Town International Convention Centre (CTICC) from Friday, 31 May – Sunday 2 June. Show Marketplace
A marketplace filled with sustainable products ranging from beverages to beauty, appliances to accessories and apparel, wellness products to plant-based, natural, and organic and free-from foods, and everything in between. Come taste, test, and savour. All visitors will be spoilt for choice.
Woolworths Good Life Kitchen with PlantLove
The Woolworths Good Life Kitchen with PlantLove is the star feature of our show and this is where you will find top international and local chefs showcasing their skills and demonstrating the best, easiest ways to create exciting, versatile, healthy, and delicious sustainable recipes. Woolworths Masterclass with PlantLove
Foodies and culinary enthusiasts can enhance their skills by taking part in a high-quality hands-on, cooking experience run by a culinary expert. Each session is packed with loads of fun, tips and tricks. Tickets for all Masterclasses cost R150 each which includes place in the selected Masterclass plus all the ingredients. Plant-Based Chef of the Year Competition
The ‘Plant-Based Chef of the Year’ competition, in collaboration with the SA Chefs Association, will be held live at The Good Life Show on both the Saturday and Sunday. Contestants will be asked to create plant-based dishes in both ‘pastry’ and ‘hot dish’ categories and winners will be crowned in both the Junior and Senior divisions. Made to Move Fitness Area
The ‘Made to Move’ feature at the event will give visitors an exciting opportunity to engage in strength, balance, and mindfulness activities. Directors of the ‘Made to Move’ programme are Ceri and Lydia Hannan, the husband-and-wife team behind Rockstar Fitness and with over 30 years of experience in the fitness industry, they are curating this feature area to ensure that visitors, while kickstarting their journey to overall well-being, gain maximum benefits and most importantly, have a blast. Tasting the Future Talks
The ‘Tasting the Future Talks’ will feature diverse and compelling talks by culinary, health, wellness, and sustainability experts. The talks are designed to educate, inspire, and share cutting-edge information shaping the future of food and the food industry. Free to attend. Ladles of Love
As partners, The Good Life Show will donate R10 of every ticket sold to Ladles of Love. The show will also be assisting Ladles of Love to showcase its amazing work with a special ‘entrepreneurs’ pavilion for its associates, and a Social Innovation Hub which will offer a networking area designed to encourage dialogue around social innovation and solutions for today’s social and environmental challenges.
