The Capitec Franschhoek Cap Classique & Champagne Festival — one of South Africa’s most anticipated wine and lifestyle events — returns to the historic Huguenot Monument on Saturday 29 and Sunday 30 November 2025, promising a weekend of sparkling sophistication.

Partnering with headline sponsor Capitec for a second year, the 2025 edition celebrates exceptional Cap Classiques, select Champagnes, and gourmet flair, all set against the breathtaking Franschhoek Wine Valley. This year’s theme, “Champagne White With A Pop Of Blue And A Note Of Pinot Noir Red,” invites guests to dress the part, adding to the elegant garden-party atmosphere.

Attendees can look forward to tastings from South Africa’s finest Cap Classique producers alongside imported Champagnes, available for sampling or purchase by the glass or bottle. Locally inspired cuisine from curated gourmet vendors will perfectly complement the bubbles.
